- How much does it actually cost to host an event on presso?

We have no monthly fees or hidden costs. You only pay for what you use, with a flat fee of £1 per attendee per day. This includes access to all features and our full support. Simple, fair, transparent.
- Can I host an unlimited number of events?

Yes, there are no limitations on the number of events you can host across any of our plans.
- What is the bespoke platform option?

Our bespoke option offers a white-label solution on your own domain, featuring exclusively your events and attendees. This option includes a setup fee and a monthly running cost based on the desired level of service.
- How is support handled?

There is no different in levels and packages and therefore there is now difference in the level of support you receive. We are here to help you every step of the way, no matter what plan you are on. Just get in touch via email, phone, slack or our in-app chat and we will be there to help.
- What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If you're not satisfied with our service, we offer refunds until the events has started. Once an event is live, we do not offer refunds. You can cancel your account at any time, and it will refund any unused credits left on your account.
- Do you offer promotional tools for events?

While we currently don't offer promotional tools, we plan to introduce options for featured events and other promotional services in the future.
- Are analytics available for my events?

Yes, hosts have access to an analytics dashboard that provides insights and metrics on the performance of their events.
- How does payment processing work?

We use Stripe Connect, a secure payment gateway, to process all transactions. You can link your stripe account directly to your presso account and receive payments directly to your bank account.
- Can I customise my event pages?

Customisation options are in the pipeline for future releases, aiming to allow more personalisation and branding for your events.
- What security measures are in place?

We prioritise security and privacy with GDPR compliance, SSL encryption, secure servers, 2FA for login, and Cloudflare to secure connections, ensuring a safe environment for all users.
- Do you offer discounts for Non Profits?
